What can I say - Fantastic. Blue Skies, Turquoise water, Sunshine and wind. Paradise.

I was on a 150 with a 7.0 sail and Sarah the same board and a 6.4. We were both planing comfortably and practising carve gybes and trying to improve our stance - Shoulders back!!

Unfortunately Jane managed to step on a sea urchin - not just with one foot (as Ian pointed out later) but with both ! It went right through her shoes and apparently the spines were about 6 inches long and stayed embedded in her feet after she had pulled her shoes off. Nasty!!

Sorry, Jane, but we still thought it was a 5 star outing...
